1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yogi Car Rentals' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Yogi Car Rentals.
  • A minimum advance notice may be required for new reservations.
  • A buffer period between trips may apply to allow for vehicle cleaning and preparation.
  • Promotional and trip-length discounts are applied at our discretion.

3. Payment and Authorization Holds

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
  • An authorization hold may be placed on your card after booking approval.
  • Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges for damages, mileage overage, or extras may apply after trip completion.

4. Renter Responsibilities

  • The renter must hold a valid driver's license and meet minimum age requirements.
  • The renter is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage before vehicle pickup.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear.
  • Daily mileage allowances apply; overage fees are charged per additional mile.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies and any applicable refunds will be communicated at the time of booking. Authorization holds on cancelled bookings may take several business days to release.

6. SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Yogi Car Rentals related to your bookings, including confirmations, reminders, and trip updates.

  • Opt-in: You must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages during the booking process or through your account settings.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message we send.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on active bookings.
  • Carrier charges: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • Mobile information: Your mobile phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Liability

Yogi Car Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
